Our StaffCharity is our Principal. She has been at our school since February 2006. Charity has a B.S. in Business and several undergraduate courses in Education and Programming. She is qualified through the NCDCD as a Level III Director. Charity is married with two children, ages 5 and 8. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality care, customer service and education to all of the families of Kids R Kids Clayton. This commitment is delivered through continuous training and staff development, professional relationships with parents and teachers, and a clear vision of the Kids R Kids Clayton philosophy.
Renee is our Operations Manager. Renee started with Kids R Kids Clayton in May 2006 as the Lead Teacher in the Toddler classroom where she worked for 2 years. Hard work and dedication paid off when she was promoted to her current position. Renee has worked in the early childhood education field for 19 years; nine having been in a management position. She is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. She attended Wake Technical Community College and North Carolina Central University. Renee is married and has three loving dogs. Her favorite saying is " To teach a child is to touch a child`s life forever". Her daily motivation is to inspire those around her through a sharing of her experience and knowledge.
All our faculty & personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provides the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. We support and encourage the staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and they are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.
We are very proud of our directors, teachers, and staff for their professionalism, work ethic, loyalty, and the attention to detail in caring for the children. We could not ask for a better team!
